We produce a physical sample using your approved fabrics and specifications. Shipped to you for review and feedback. We make revisions until you're completely satisfied. Nothing proceeds to bulk production without your explicit approval.
Once your sample is approved, we begin bulk production at our trusted Tiruppur factory. Our production team follows your approved spec sheet precisely — fabric, construction, trims, labels and all details. We provide regular production updates.
Every single garment is individually inspected before packing. We check measurements, stitching, print quality, label placement and overall finish against your approved sample spec. Any items that don't meet the standard are rejected and remade.
