Every successful garment starts with a conversation. We take time to understand your brand, your customer, your vision and your commercial targets before anything moves to production. This shapes every decision made downstream — from fabric selection to packaging choice.

You share your tech pack, reference sample or design brief. Our team reviews it thoroughly, confirms technical feasibility and provides a clear minimum order quantity (MOQ) and indicative pricing. No tech pack? No problem — we can help you develop one.

We produce a physical sample using your approved fabrics and specifications. This sample is shipped to you for review and feedback. We make revisions until you're completely satisfied. Nothing proceeds to bulk production without your explicit approval on the sample.

Once your sample is approved, we begin bulk production at our trusted Tiruppur factory. Our production team follows your approved spec sheet precisely — fabric, construction, trims, labels and all details. We provide regular production updates so you always know where your order stands.

Every single garment is individually inspected before packing. We check measurements, stitching, print quality, label placement and overall finish against your approved sample spec. Any items that don't meet the standard are rejected and remade. Your brand reputation depends on consistent quality, and we take that seriously.

Your order is professionally packed per your packaging spec — whether polybags, gift boxes or bulk cartons — and shipped directly to your UK address. You receive full tracking information and shipping documentation. We keep you informed until the order arrives at your door.
